Our Website is are not intended for children / individuals under the age of eighteen (18) to access or use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children and ask this not occur. This information is voluntarily provided on this site. Personal information including contact Information/personal Identifiers such as name, title, address, phone number, email address, resume. We collect this information to reply to (1) responding to consumer requests, (2) contact job applicants, (3) respond to employers seeking information about our services.

For all Potential Employer Customers, we collect the following categories of Personal Information from you or from our service providers such as job boards:

  • Professional or employment-related information such as your company name, and job title, position you are trying to fill, location you need staff and any job description that is available for the role.

We have not sold any personal information in the past 12-months or ever. We do not sell any information. We are a staffing and executive search firm that cares about your privacy.

Job Candidates: We share Personal Information with our Employer Customers or Prospective Employer Customers to consider the job candidate as a new staff member or be able to be considered for an interview or start an assignment.

Employer Customers or Prospective Employer Customers: we must share employment related qualifications and employment information with Employer Customers or Prospective Employer Customers to evaluate prospective candidates experience and skills. We also must send timecard information of the hours Job Candidates work to gain approval from Employer Customers.

Service Partners: We may share personal information with our service provides that support the business functions of Scion such as Backoffice partners, banks, technology automation partners, candidate applicant tracking systems, background checking partners, video interviewing partners, and reference checking partners.

CHOICE TO RECEIVE MARKETING EMAILS FROM US

If you do not wish to receive marketing emails from us, you may simply unsubscribe via a link at the bottom of each transactional email.

Please note if you become an employee some emails or electronic communication may be operationally required to service your employment and thus do not fall under this section.

TEXT MESSAGING / SMS TERMS

By applying with Scion Staffing and providing a cell phone number you are opting in to text messaging with us. If you do not wish to receive texts from Scion you may opt-out by texting “Stop” at any time.

SECURITY

We use take reasonable organizational, technical and administrative/operations measures designed to protect Personal Information. Unfortunately, in this day of age no electronic data transmission or electronic storage system can ever be 100% secure guaranteed. In order to verify your request, you will need to provide your legal first and last name, email address you used to work with Scion, your relationship with Scion, and more about what we do for you. We are happy to delete and or remove any Personal Information of contact information from our site.
